domoticarte is a personal content site on home automation, smart homes and household technology. The articles and videos are published for information purposes and do not constitute professional advice. domoticarte does not guarantee that the content is complete, up to date or free of errors, and reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any content without notice. In any case, there is no obligation to follow the recommendations published: each person is responsible for their own home setup.

Some links to shops, products and services appearing on this site (in particular on the Discounts page, in blog articles and in the videos) are affiliate links. domoticarte also has a Telegram group where the community hangs out and talks about home automation. When you take part in that channel, you agree to its internal rules, including not sharing offensive content, spam or unrelated advertising. The channel administrators can mute or ban any user who breaks those rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, domoticarte shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the access, use or inability to use this site, or from any errors or omissions in its content. Your sole remedy for any claim is the one described in the Legal Notice.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and in the absence of the applicable EU rules. Any dispute arising from the use of this site shall be brought before the courts and tribunals competent under the applicable law.
